Returns & Exchanges

Wooflinen does everything we can to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. If you are not happy, we are not happy. If this is the case, we will gladly accept returns with a few conditions.

  1. Product(s) must be returned within 100 Days of purchase.
  2. Any products that are used and/or washed will be charged a processing fee of $15.
  3. For product complaints/issues outside of 100 Days, customers have 6 Months for exchange, credit or replacement.
  4. Purchases that have undergone obvious abuse or misuse will not be accepted.
  5. Returns shall be refunded to the original method of payment or, if unavailable, store credit.
CLEARANCE/SALE AND OPEN BOX ITEMS
  1. Product(s) must be returned within 1 Month of purchase and show no signs of use.
  2. There is a restocking fee of $20 on Bamboo bedding and $30 on French Linen. If store credit requested, restocking fee is waived.
  3. Purchases that have undergone obvious abuse or misuse will not be accepted.
  4. Returns shall be refunded to the original method of payment or, if unavailable, store credit.
INCORRECT SIZE?

Made a mistake during your order on size or color and need to exchange? Buyer agrees to pay return shipping for incorrect orders, except for special circumstances.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We stand by the quality of all our products. If you encounter any defects during your return/warranty window, feel free to contact us. Instead of doing an exchange, we simplify the process by (quickly) shipping out a replacement.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

STEP ONE
Email us at [email protected] Provide your name and order number, and what items in the order you would like to return. Please give a reason for the exchange. If items were damaged upon arrival, please state so.

STEP TWO
Items must be properly packaged. Typically this can be done with a simple polymailer. Make sure all items are packed properly. We are not responsible for items damaged upon return.

STEP THREE
Include a copy of the receipt for your order, marking or highlighting the items that are being returned. Place marked receipt inside return. Please indicate whether a refund or exchange is required.
