Returns & Exchanges
Wooflinen does everything we can to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. If you are not happy, we are not happy. If this is the case, we will gladly accept returns with a few conditions.
- Product(s) must be returned within 6 months of purchase.
- Any products that are used and/or washed will be charged a processing fee of $15.
- Purchases that have undergone obvious abuse or misuse will not be accepted.
- Returns shall be refunded to the original method of payment or, if unavailable, store credit.

Email us at [email protected] Provide your name and order number, and what items in the order you would like to return. Please give a reason for the exchange. If items were damaged upon arrival, please state so.
Items must be properly packaged. Typically this can be done with a simple polymailer. Make sure all items are packed properly. We are not responsible for items damaged upon return.
Include a copy of the receipt for your order, marking or highlighting the items that are being returned. Place marked receipt inside return. Please indicate whether a refund or exchange is required.
